Walking is how I gather inspiration.
In my daily life, I carry a phone or a camera with me,
observing and collecting details as I move through the city.
My observation list includes, but is certainly not limited to:
symmetry studies, pink in everyday life, body modifications, double exposures seen with the naked eye, the backs of women marked by bra straps, middle-aged men's unspoken dress code, archaeological studies of bicycle back seats, poodles with uncles and aunties, tradition as invention, hollowed-out things, and pun-filled shop signs...

Recently, Color Walks have become a trend online.
For someone who has long been collecting colors while wandering,
It has always been a source of curiosity, vitality, and quiet healing.

I believe color, like words or images,
is a language of communication.
These observations eventually become artworks,
but only through a long process.
Over the past three years,
I have been continuously refining colors across both my work and my daily life,
giving each one a name and a number
so that it can exist as an independent entity.
My color system now contains more than 100 distinct colors.
