陈粉丸在创作上常将中国民间剪纸与当代艺术结合，曾被媒体誉为“90后顶级剪纸艺术家”。 作品以纸的媒材性为创作语言，在不局限于既定载体之上赋予叙事想象力，常常没有明确的空间体量界限。在她看来，剪纸是技法，更是站立于当下的观念。同时，她擅以细腻的既有个人经验与公众记忆结合，在作品中寻求集体共鸣的情感张力，试图与更多维的场域及观众对话。
2019年，陈粉丸入选中国当代艺术年鉴著录艺术家。2022年参展广东南海大地艺术节，创作在地作品《阿墙》及《大地窗花》；2021年联合浙江美术馆，通过大众征集创作大型公共空间作品《矢量西湖》。代表性作品《转运花园》曾展出于2021年成都双年展、2019年浙江美术馆十年大展；《不息》于2018年-2022年间曾在中国各地巡展11次。自2014年至今，她持续创作大型作品《对称的自然》系列、《津天于天津》等，将「对称」作为个人研究课题与核心关怀，以当代剪纸的方式不断赋予阶段性新解。
Most of Chen Fenwan’s works lie in the language of paper, bringing imagination of narrative on flexible materials, usually with a large scale and multi-dimensional pieces. When she was younger, she was heralded as one of the top upcoming paper artists in China by the media. She is good at combining her personal experience with the public memories, in which process the emotional tension of collective resonance gather，to communicate with a wider audience and inhabit public spaces.
Chen Fenwan was named as one to watch by the Chinese Modern Art Archive (CMAA) in 2019. In 2022, her 2 in-site works Hello, Walls and Papercut on the Earth’s Window exhibit in Art Field Naihai Guangdong. In 2021, The West Lake in Vectorial Dynamic was created as a public work through solicitation. One of her Representatives Lucky Garden participates in the 2021 Chengdu Biennale Exhibition, as well as the ten-year exhibition of Zhejiang Art Museum in 2019. Infinite has been touring exhibited for 11 times from 2018 to 2021. Also in recent years, she has been taking "symmetry" as her personal research topic, to continue to her large-scale artworks such as A Symmetrical Nature series and Jintian in Tianjin, constantly giving new understanding to stage by way of contemporary paper cutting.

与此同时，陈粉丸近年也与与众多知名品牌进行艺术项目合作。其中包括与知名国际品牌卡地亚(Cartier)联手创作《无限之花》，并于上海当代艺术博物馆展出; 此外还受优衣库(Uniqlo) 之邀创作2023年新春主视觉及UT系列服装联名、为资生堂(SHISEIDO)创作2023新春主视觉、与上下 (SHANG XIA) 联合创作2023农历兔年系列服装、与古驰 (Gucci) 联名发布作品《空竹存忆》、受巴宝莉 (Burberry) 之邀创作《一山容二虎》、与人头马 (Rémy Martin) 联名创作《不马虎》。
2022年，她受邀参与CCTV《诗画中国》节目录制，以装置作品呈现故宫珍宝《牡丹二十四种图》；同年携手安踏为十二个冰雪运动项目创作剪纸场景，为北京冬奥助力；2021年，与迪士尼、奔驰一起好奇无界，参与米奇艺术全球多站巡展。而后与奔驰再度联手创作《对称的自然：星河绽放》。同年，代表作之一《不息》受邀参与淘宝造物节展出。……她的作品《垂直乾坤》在 HAYDON黑洞店内展出，转动对话日月星辰；并曾为 HP惠普创作《创造乌托邦》、Vans旗舰店晾起 灯光装置《衫》、成为Niko and...首位联名合作中国艺术家;与 Perrier巴黎水、戴尔、Harvey Nichols、荣耀、WWF等进行跨界联名。
此外，还曾在国内众多知名商业地产空间举办艺术项目。2022年，她受邀于佛山岭南天地创作举办其10周年艺术特展。2020-2021年跨年之际，联合华润万象体系在中国29个城市呈现“转运”系列公共艺术项目；2019年《对称的自然》于成都远洋太古里展出，展览观众达30万人次；还曾与上海万象城、中国新天地、新世界集团、中海地产、恒隆广场等合作。
Also in recent years, Chen Fenwan has collaborated with many famous brands on art projects. Among them, she was invited by Cartier to create Floral Infinity which was exhibited in Power Station of Art in Shanghai in 2021. For both Uniqlo and SHISEIDO, she designed a series of key visual of 2023 new year. Also, she joined the design of clothing of the 2023 Lunar Year Rabbit series with SHANG XIA. In 2021, she co-published the work Bamboo as Our Bond with Gucci, A Mountain Lives Two Tigers with Burberry, and Not Ma-hu with Rémy Martin.
In 2022, she was invited to participate in the recording of CCTV's "Poetry and Painting of China" program, presenting the Forbidden City treasure Twenty-four Kinds of Peonies with her installation work. Also, she worked with Anta to create paper-cut scenes for 12 ice and snow sports events, supporting the Beijing Winter Olympics. In 2021, together with Disney and Mercedes Benz, she participated in Mickey: The True Original Exhibition World Tour. Later, she joined hands with Benz again in A Symmetrical Nature with Stars. In the same year, one of her typical, Infinite was invited to participate in the TAOBAO The Glimpse of Creativity 2021 exhibition. Her work Vertical to Universe is exhibited in HAYDON store, rotating dialogue between the sun, moon and stars. She created Building Utopia for HP, hung a light installation Clothes in Vans Parc Central store, became Niko and…’s first co-branded Chinese artist; Cross-over with Perrier, Dell, Harvey Nichols, Honor, WWF, etc.
In addition, she has organized art projects with many well-known commercial real estate groups in China. In 2022, she was invited to create the 10th anniversary art exhibition Tenfold Happiness of Lingnan Tiandi. On the eve of 2020-2021, Chen Fenwan and the China Resources Vientiane System jointly presented her Lucky Garden series of public art projects in 29 cities in China. She created Nature’s Lyrics (A Symmetrical Nature Serie) in Taikoo Li Chengdu, which attracted over 300,000 visitors. And she has also collaborated with Shanghai MixC Mall CHINA, XINTIANDI China, New World China Land, Zhonghai Real Estate, 66 Plaza, as well as Daning International.
